From the first initial contact point, Joe was fantastic. We had a lovely taster evening where Joe created a full gluten free menu as I’m a coeliac. A full gluten free menu was really important for us. He even got a brand new fryer so there definitely wasn’t any cross contamination.
We also had a number of vegans & other allergies. Our overall guest number for the day was 180 people. Joe made sure they were all accommodated for safely. Our wedding wasn’t a conventional style, we didn’t want a seating plan, more of people mingling. Joe & his team were lovely, they had all the platters ready for our arrival and then 90 minutes of unlimited tacos - all delicious. It was such a relaxed vibe and stress free. People could have as much as they wanted. The dulce de leche blondie was stunning. The payment plan was staggered which made it easy. It was all great value with quality food & service.
We also had Joe & team around at our in laws house the following day. They did an amazing bbq selection, all gluten free again.

Joe was the caterer at our wedding and cannot fault the service at all. He tailored his menu to suit our vegan diet without compromising on flavour or the number of options provided. He was easy to chat to, quick to respond and very helpful. He put on a cracking tasting menu for us in the lead up to our wedding that just sealed the deal.
