What's the hire period?
The Cherry Barn is an exclusive 48-hour dry hire! This means couples and suppliers set up the day before and only take it down the day after. Yes, this means on the day of the wedding your only focus is to have fun!!!!
Are tables and chairs included in the hire?
No, however, we recommend amazing local suppliers that will supply a personalised style worthy of Rock My Wedding! We will also guide you throughout the way!! The best way to picture The Cherry Barn, is as if you found the perfect location, but instead of having a tipi or a marquee, you have the most amazing barn, with a commercial kitchen, proper bathrooms (phew! no portaloos needed!), and no need for generators! Have I mentioned the lights?
What's the capacity of The Cherry Barn?
Our smallest wedding was 15 people and our largest 200 people! They both looked amazing!!!
Can we bring our own alcohol and caterers?
Bring your own alcohol during the day and in the evening it comes with a fully stocked and staffed paid bar! We'll also make sure we have the drinks you would like to drink (it's local pub prices!). We also work with 10 amazing caterers who will work around you (not a cookie cutter here). You can also bring an external professional caterer for an extra kitchen fee and they need to have liability insurance and hygiene certificate. Top tip: Caterers will make or break your wedding, so don't cut corners on this one. Food trucks are welcome:-)
Entertainment!! Can we choose our preferred band or DJ?
Yes please!!! It's your wedding and you should be able to have the entertainment you love!!
