Rainy Wedding Day At The Cherry Barn, Rye

We found our ultimate supplier via Rock My Wedding…Our wedding venue, The Cherry Barn, Rye! For the rest of our suppliers, we largely trusted the carefully curated supplier list provided by Mel and Steve at The Cherry Barn. But when doing our own due diligence, we were always reassured to see the suppliers also on Rock My Wedding. For all of the suppliers we found ourselves that weren’t on the venue’s list, Rock My Wedding was our most trusted resource, for example helping us find our incredible photographer, Carrie Lavers. 

Our favourite moment of the day was our golden hour photos (as in, when the rain died down to a slight drizzle for 10 mins). We hiked off into the rain soaked muddy field with margaritas in hand. It was a ridiculous but beautiful moment, for both of us to take a breath and be together. We laughed about the weather and the events of the day so far - and our joy and love for each other is evident in every one of our photos, which we will cherish forever.
