How can we work together?
We can work together in-person or online (if outside of my local area). For as little or as many sessions as you need.
What is the most common way brides work with you?
We can either have one-off sessions to help you manage particular stressful situations, or we can work together more long-term (ideally 3/6/9 months) to put together a personalised stress plan that you can utilise throughout your whole planning process and on the day.
What specific tools do you teach?
Using my experience as a certified Nutritional Health & Wellness Coach we discover a whole toolbox of stress-management tools that work for you. Our plan is 100% personalised to your individuality.
How can you help on the day?
We will get to know each other very well throughout the coaching process so I can be there on the day by your side (but out of the way). I offer event coordination packages to minimise stress on the day itself as another tool in your toolbox to minimise your wedding stress.
