Why The Wedding Arrangers?
We specialise in building awesome parties from scratch in blank canvas venues. We'll work closely with you, sticking to your budget, to pull together an exceptional range of suppliers for catering, bar services, staffing, entertainment, light & sound production, all hire equipment & decor, florists, photographers and more. We'll manage and coordinate all suppliers looking after every element of your party expertly - all whilst sticking to the budget you have set.
Will you be on hand to manage the event?
Our commitmet to our couples is that The Wedding Arrangers team will be first to arrive and last to leave on every event that we produce.
We've already found a couple of suppliers, can you work with them?
Of course! You may already have a fabulous photographer in mind or a great florist. We'll take over the reigns, coordinating all suppliers and looking after the logistics of the event from start to finish.
What are your priorities in putting together our celebration?
At The Wedding Arrangers we believe that all great parties start with three key essentials - great food, amazing music and plenty of booze! We're fanatical about these party essentials and will put those at the very centre of our planning process. That's not to say we don't care about all theother elements of your event - we'll work closely with you on styling, decor, props, games and fun elements that make your celebration unique
