Martyn and I don’t have the words to thank you for the incredible stay and experience we have had with Clevedon Hall. From A to Z, it was a delight and pleasure to work with you all. We are ever so thankful to absolutely everyone who has played a part in making our wedding a truly memorable day that we will cherish forever. We received wonderful comments from our guests about the venue and the team, they left with sparkles in their eyes and were really impressed, as were we, by the very high standards that the team delivered. Thank you for your kindness, your warmth, and your professionalism in organising those three days for us. You have executed our vision to perfection; it was exactly what we wanted, and our wedding became a dream come true thanks to you. Thank you also to the Chef and his team, the food was delicious, and we are ever so grateful for your flexibility to meet our criteria, it was perfectly executed. Everything ran smoothly during the entire stay, the ability of the team to put everything in place and clean in the calm without disrupting anything is incredible. You are a fabulous team who have the incredible ability to give life to a vision and transform Clevedon Hall into a magical place where dreams come true and where people get to create wonderful memories that they will cherish forever. We had the dreamiest time surrounded by our family and friends. It was magnificent, and we are ever so pleased to have chosen Clevedon Hall for our wedding. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you!

Thank you so much! We genuinely had the best day ever, don’t think we could have asked for it to go as well as it did or enjoy it just as much as we did! Matt made the day run absolutely smooth & was there all the time making sure everything ran on time & we genuinely felt like we didn’t have to do anything because of him. The venue was absolutely stunning (as always) but the grounds were beautiful, the rooms were incredible & everyone enjoyed their stays. The day exceeded our expectations!

We had the most wonderful day & could not fault Katie & the team. They were all absolutely excellent with both ourselves & all the guests & there was not a single thing that we would have had done differently. Their attention to detail throughout the day was exceptional & we honestly cannot thank everyone enough for all their hard work throughout. We also had numerous compliments to how exceptional the food and service was, which I completely agree with. The day was absolutely beautiful.

The Team were just incredible! They completely took care of everything, we were able to leave it in their hands which took away a massive amount of stress. We were beyond thrilled that Katie pulled us to see the library before anyone was invited in to find their seats, it made such a special touch to make sure that we were happy with everything. The whole place looked lovely and thank you to everybody involved from cleaners to chefs it was all fantastic!

We had a wonderful time celebrating with our friends & family, & everything turned out even better than we envisaged so we are thrilled! We felt really looked after during the course of the two days at Clevedon Hall, and our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the service, food, and the beautifully curated grounds. Massive thank you again to you & the team, getting married at Clevedon Hall was 110% the right decision we made!

Oh my goodness, your team was absolutely incredible! I’ve never worked with such a fantastic group of people. Everyone was so helpful & on top of their game. Matt was a dream to work with, & Sam & Nathaniel were just amazing. It’s clear that everyone loves working at Clevedon & takes great pride in their work. Candice & Leo had the best time despite the weather, & everything went like clockwork. I really hope I get the opportunity to work with you all again in the not too distant future.

We cannot praise Katie & your whole team highly enough! Every interaction I had was positive, but more than just this, all the feedback I've heard from our guests is how above & beyond your staff went at every turn. Honestly I don't think I could even leave one piece of constructive criticism for the team (and if you'd have heard the speeches, I am usually a vocal critic of service), it was that good. All of our guests were blown away by the venue, exactly the sort of reaction we hoped for.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the pristine gardens and warmly greeted by Megan. Megan was then with us for all our planning; listening to our wishes and ideas whilst offering her expertise and advice throughout. Throughout the 15 months of planning, we were always welcomed and encouraged to visit, and each time we fell more in love with the venue. The function rooms and the bedrooms are immaculate, offering a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere, with so many options to move around the venue to make use of all the space. This was one of the few venues that could accommodate so many guests on-site (with a local hotel down the road for our other guests). As the wedding date approached, we were introduced to our events manager, Matthew, who would be with us on the day. We have to admit we were initially nervous about this transition, as Megan had looked after us so well. However, Megan provided a highly detailed handover to our manager, Matthew. Matthew exceeded all our expectations. We spent hours in meetings, minute by minute planning of our special day. Matthew, like Megan, offered his 15 years' experience working at the venue to provide us professional advice and suggestions whilst listening so intently to our personal wishes. It truly was the perfect blend! Matthew anticipated details we hadn't even considered, ensuring nothing was overlooked. The attention to detail was really appreciated. Matthew was highly responsive to any questions in the lead up to the wedding and this made us feel so relaxed. When people asked if we felt nervous or stressed in the week before the wedding, the honest answer was no. Every detail was planned, agreed and thought out, therefore the lead up was so enjoyable. Exactly as it should be. We hired the venue from Friday to Sunday, giving us every opportunity to enjoy this beautiful building. The staff made all our guests feel welcome, including our children. The team went above and beyond to accommodate dietary requirements, which really set this venue apart. Guests commented how well looked after they were. The wedding day flew by, and we loved every second. Matthew was discretely with us throughout the day, making sure we stuck to the schedule whilst being flexible at the same time. He even suggested times for us to have a few minutes alone together, such as after the ceremony, which was so thoughtful. Matthew, we cannot thank you enough; you are an absolute credit to Clevedon Hall, and our day was everything it was because of you. A special mention must go to the Chef and waiting staff. The presentation of the food and the service was really important to us. All guests commented on how delicious the food was: faultless and full of flavour. The service was impeccable and of five-star standard. Wine glasses were continually topped up, with the waiting staff all excellent throughout. We honestly could not recommend Clevedon Hall more highly. From start to finish, the team and service were second to none. If you have any doubts, please view the venue. You will not be disappointed. It was the best day of our lives, and we feel very fortunate to have landed on Clevedon Hall and their lovely team. Thank you for making our dream day a reality; we will be forever grateful.
