The Barn is included, and you are free to hire in any additional structures to totally customise your event. We offer great packages too with Tipis or Stretch tents. Perfect for a long weekend wedding !
Totally up to you! You chose your caterer to suit your style, taste & budget. We can also put you in touch with various street-food caterers from our recommended list. The licensed bar is provided by the Horse Box Bar 65. Drinks are Pub prices or less ! .. Photos on our website.. This is the DIY part of our venue so we will not force any menus onto you. You are free to chose what you eat, and when you eat.
Of course ! Although we are a DIY venue, the idea is that you decorate as you wish, entertain as you wish, eat what you like etc.. However we do have a fantastic team of events managers who will assist you running up to your wedding, contacting your suppliers, and helping you along. On the day the coordination service can be as discrete as you wish or more involved. Our team is here to make sure your day runs smoothly and to plan and for you to enjoy and relax ! We will discuss all of this when we meet you during your viewing.
We are not wedding conveyor belt, and only offer 8 week end long "festival style" weddings each year. These are from 1st May until Mid September only. We work closely with our couples to offer them a unique personal & bespoke experience. A Barn only wedding is possible from March until October. We close during the winter months. Yes ! For the happy couple a lovely bridal suite cottage next to the wedding barn, For guests we have two Glamping PODS, two beautiful furnished bell tents, and camping pitches too (with shower blocks etc..) With week end long weddings all of this is included. more details and photos on our website.
We are just outside Church Stretton in the heart of the Shropshire hills, an area of Natural Area of Outstanding Beauty. We have 10 acres of grounds, and long reaching views of the hills. You really have to visit to appreciate the peace and beauty ! 25 minutes from Shrewsbury, Telford, and Ludlow.

We had the best 3 days, and our wedding turned out better than we ever imagined! We both wish to thank Max & Dan for going beyond what we expected and hoped for. hands down the best venue, and we looked at many. So glad we chose the Haybarn, our family & friends loved it too. All the best S&T

Just what we wanted, a low key private event at a venue that made us feel like it matters. Perfect, secluded, and everything we could have wished for. We appreciated how you managed our last minute changes and crisis lol.. We loved the Bouncy castle, lawn games and Tug of war, and giant firepit. The way the street food was layed out like at a festival. The outdoor ceremony was a great success. My sister now needs a venue.. hush hush.. Thanks you all, we will keep in touch. D&E
