The staff were particularly brilliant, incredibly calm and efficient without being intrusive at any point. Huge thanks to Emma, Kat and the whole team for making it so special. The food was amazing, with our guests genuinely surprised at the quality (and quantity!) The drinks were delicious with the bar staff really helpful and quick to serve. The decor was outstanding too. Thank you!

We had the most amazing wedding day at The Mowbray, after a beautiful ceremony at sister venue The Chimney House. The communication was flawless in the run up and we felt in such good hands. The staff on the day were absolutely brilliant, they looked after us and our guests so well and somehow made it look easy. The food was delicious and a big reason we chose this venue - so many of our guests said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! You do have to use their (brilliant!) chefs for evening snacks as well as the feast, which is considerably more expensive than getting e.g. a pizza van. Having said that, they work hard to accommodate any personal requests. If you're looking for a stunning, romantic venue with a team that genuinely cares then we can't recommend The Mowbray highly enough.
