Bunny Ears Flower

Rustic Wedding With Bunny Ears Flower Decor

Photography by The Chamberlins

Get ready for DIY touches, pampas grass galore, and adorable bouquets featuring bunny ears flower. Having a love of dried flowers and shades of orange, Bec began her wedding planning, and incorporated these aspects throughout the day. Wanting a relaxed and untraditional vibe, this gorgeous couple kept costs down through DIY styling, and opted for a rustic look, which works perfectly alongside their barn venue. We suggest taking a leisurely scroll for inspiration you simply don’t want to miss. The perfect example of how incredible ‘Doing It Yourself’ can look!

When prioritising costs, something we chose to invest more in was our photographers. And we are so grateful that we did! They did an amazing job and we now have some incredible memories to look back on of our day. It's so important to choose photographers/videographers in which you not only like their work and style, but you vibe with them really well! Ultimately, you'll spend more time with them on the day than anyone else.

VIBE

Our heart for the day was that as well as being about each other, we would be able to invite as many people as possible. And, use it as an opportunity to thank them for how much they add to our lives. To do that we used a big dry hire venue with external caterers. We also did a lot of DIY to keep the costs down so that we could make space for more! Overall it was a super relaxed, fun, untraditional vibe, with different parts of our own personalities and cultures thrown in.

FAVOURITE MOMENT

I could say so many! But during the ceremony, we had the bride's mum, groom's father, and the pastor from our Church pray for us before we said our vows. That was really special. Also, just after the confetti throw, we went for a walk with just our photographers (who were so fun to hang out with.) It really helped us relax, take in the moment, and the promise we had just made to each other.

Having a big bridal party really helped us to pull off everything. It also meant that the day before setting up was a vibe too!
