Inspiration

Holly & Ollie (it’s so cute that this rhymes!) married at the orangery at Came House in Dorset in the height of summer. Choosing a soft colour palette and classic styling, this day has perfectly encapsulated that timeless romantic vibe, with champagne gold bridesmaid dresses and subtle pink rose bud vase decorations. It's divine! Holly wore a minimalist off-the-shoulder gown by Recommended supplier, Halfpenny London. The wedding planning process can be stressful. After all your hard work, make sure you enjoy the day!

Came House Dorset

Holly & Ollie included personal touches throughout the weekend! Their house guests arrived to personalised notes with some of the couple's favourite goodies - fudge and coffee beans. Holly & Ollie read out their own vows, which made the ceremony so unique. They also had their three favourite cocktails and a warm-up game of heads and tails before the sit-down meal! The couple really wanted something traditional but not too formal, which is why Came House in Dorset was the perfect venue. The beautiful orangery looked out onto the gardens and was decorated with blush-tone flowers and greenery.

Personal Readings

When asked for their favourite moment of the day, Holly & Ollie found it hard to pick. However, they both surprised themselves with how much they loved their ceremony. Saying their vows, and having personal readings and Molly especially loved walking down the aisle with her father. For one of their readings, the couple chose The Art of Marriage by Wilferd Arlan Peterson. Another favourite moment would be when everyone came onto the dance floor after the first dance and the music ramped up. The reception spilt out onto the gardens with the acoustic band playing, yummy canapés and fun games of croquet.

An orangery wedding is always so beautiful! That natural lighting is unparalleled!

A number of our guests commented on our wedding food and said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! Victoria and the team did our canapés, wedding breakfast and late-night snacks, which were all catered to our individual needs. We had late-night snacks of croque monsieurs and sausage rolls which went down a treat!
