A pink themed day for this Cotswolds wedding at Hyde House. The bride walked down the aisle in a Justin Alexander wedding dress complete with a pinned updo, long veil and flanked by her pink bridesmaids. The flowers complimented the rolling meadows that surrounded the venue with drinks outside on the lawn to soak up the August sun and enjoy the views! The couple's favourite moment of the day was all their friends and family hitting the dancefloor - it was just the big party they had hoped for with all our favourite people in one place playing their favourite songs!
What Made Our Day Unique
We just wanted our day to be full of fun and like a big summer party. We were so lucky that the weather was stunning August sunshine and our guests were able to enjoy the day outside against the beautiful backdrop of the Cotswolds. The amazing outdoor space lent itself perfectly for guests to mill around, catch up and enjoy drinks and canapes listening to our favourite playlist!
Hyde House
Romantic and rustic, Hyde House provided the perfect backdrop for this special day. The outdoor space of the Cotswold stone venue made for a pretty setting for guests to relax and enjoy the day with the couple over a drink before the wedding breakfast and afterward it made the perfect spot for a sunset photo opportunity for the beautiful couple!Inspiration & Styling
We wanted it to feel rustic and romantic. And with that relaxed. We didnt want anything over produced and perfect- we wanted flowers to be spilling out onto the tables and blush pink tall candles dripping rustically. We wanted wild and unique flowers that complemented the meadows surrounding the venue with a blush pink and sage green theme consistent throughout. We also made sure to include small elements of fun- our table plan was a collection of a completely random and bizarre set of table names that we shared fond memories of and proved a good talking point throughout the day!
