Well, we’re pretty certain we haven’t slipped into a dream. Although, it may seem that way when looking at this lavender wedding inspiration. We absolutely love the delicate and dainty vibe, complete with gorgeous pastel colours within the bouquet and floral designs. Oh, and that arch within the lavender fields!? Seriously, how delicious can you get… we love the idea that the shoot (perfectly captured by recommended supplier, Jennifer Jane Photography) imagines a young couple, who met travelling on a gap year and fell in love. Ok, look, we’re hopeless romantics! We’re not sorry.
Lavender wedding inspiration with French influence & romantic vibes
There is something about Provence and the beautiful Lavender fields that just screams romance. The colour and the fragrance of the lavender is just so heady and enveloping, the air just gets under your skin and melts your heart.
TABLE SETTING
The look was relaxed, elegant and romantic. The table setting, created by Leanna Elizabeth Weddings, was a vintage wooden trestle table, styled with a hand-died grey table runner, with a white urn centrepiece with lush soft pinks, creams, blues and lilac flowers. With silver glass chargers, crisp white scallop edge plates and smaller plates with a lavender detailing.
BRIDAL GOWN
The bride wore a beautiful E&W dress from Carina Baverstock Couture, with t-shirt style sleeves, super long train and V-neck back with embroidered leaves and berries covering the whole dress, for that effortlessly elegant and romantic feel.
STYLING
Her hair was worn in a relaxed and soft up-do, with a silver hair combe, decorated with amethyst. To complement her, the Groom wore beige chinos, a white shirt, light blued tweed jacket and tie from Skopes. Giving a relaxed, smart but soft and romantic vibe.
How gorgeous is the wedding cake? The lilac marbled icing and macaroons are so elegant & effective!
Raven & Ryegrass created the soft and whimsical florals of the centrepiece. This followed through into the ceremony arch and the brides bouquet, for a beautiful elegant and romantic feel to complement the setting.
