Inspiration

A classic and romantic wedding at St Tewdrics House complete with a pretty pink flower crown worn by the bride. Could it get any better? Rebecca and Ollie's wedding was a long time coming! The couple has been together for 9.5 years, engaged since 2018, and had to reschedule their wedding 3 times! But we think it was definitely worth the wait, and we know you'll agree too. Especially as it was captured by Recommended photographer, Mary W-Thomas Photo + Film.

Classic St Tewdrics House venue

Due to Covid and to work around my father in laws cancer treatment we rearranged the wedding three times. In the end, he had life-changing surgery 2 weeks before the wedding so having him with us was a miracle. The day was all about celebrating life with family and friends.

St Tewdrics House

Decorated with clean and neutral styling, St Tewdrics House looked absolutely beautiful for Rebecca and Ollie's big day. The vibe was summer fun! The flowers were bright yet romantic - orange, pink, and peach with plenty of greenery, gold accents and floating candles. Personal touches such as the dog biscuit bar and photos of the couple's grandparents who had passed away were very important for the couple to include as part of their special day.

Flower Crown & DIY Decor

The bride wore a Stella York wedding dress with a custom bow, Pronovias flower embroidered veil, and stunning pink flower crown to finish the look. Her mum crafted most of the decor for the day. She designed and produced all of the save the dates, invites, place settings and table decor. She also made 1000 paper cranes in honour of the Japanese tradition that grants good fortune, luck and happiness, which were strung behind the newlyweds at the wedding breakfast, as well as on individual place settings and in the general decoration of the house.
