City Wedding With Veil With 3D Flowers

Photography by Eclection Photography

If a veil with 3D flowers looks this good, then we’ll be starting a petition to include them in all weddings. Ok, we may be slightly biased, but Joe and Lacey’s day is utter perfection. Now, that could be to do with the fact their day included not one, not two, but three of our Recommended Suppliers. OR, it could be to do with the fact that it is one of those effortlessly stylish days, complete with personal touches throughout. From the humanist ceremony perfectly curated by Nat Raybould. To the fabulous photography from Eclection Photography. To the reception at 100 Barrington... the the planning from The Wedding Arrangers - we’re loving it all! Oh, and you know we can’t say no to an Asylum Chapel wedding… we’ll always be obsessed.

The three most important elements of our day were food, alcohol and music. We didn't want people to go hungry or have a dry drink. We kept the Italian theme running throughout the day from the Pici Cacio e Pepe, Aperitivo drinks reception and the rustic tables and backdrop.

SUPPLIERS

To begin with, we found our amazing photographer (Heather Shuker - Eclection Photography) when browsing through Rock My Wedding, which was perhaps the best discovery we made. Not only is Heather a beautiful photographer and person, but it was through her contacts that we found our lovely Humanist and fantastic wedding planners! Who in turn fixed us up with the caterer. Rock My Wedding was such a massive help and the catalyst to finding the perfect suppliers who all played a part in our special day.

HUMANIST CEREMONY

Having a humanist ceremony was definitely something bespoke and unique and a memory our family and friends still reference today. She told our story, included our loved ones, made everyone laugh and cry and now almost a year after the wedding people still say how memorable the ceremony was! Looking back, it is one of the best decisions we could have made.

Listen to your suppliers, they can really help with your decision making. Don't sweat over the small stuff as it's not worth the stress once it comes to the day. 24 hours before switch off your phone and completely be in the moment - it rushes by so quickly. This was the advice of our photographer and humanist and we kept that in mind all day. Best advice!
