Most reviews start with “ he was amazing” or, “wow, what great pictures” but not this review. This review goes deeper. Anybody can take pictures and we can all pose for the camera but it takes a true photographer to truly understand the meaning of the perfect picture. Not only did he take the perfect pictures but he spent the time to get to know us, calm our nerves, catch us at our most vulnerable and our most natural way which resulted in nothing less than a master piece wedding album. Along side being a photographer, he was a therapist, a supporter and a rock for each of us throughout the most nerve racking day of our lives. He showed his diversity through being great with my autistic nephew, great with my boisterous friends and most of all connected with my wife and me in a way that made every single picture personal. If I hadn’t have had a best man on the day, Ben would have been my best man; a Gentle Giant in the flesh but a savage animal on the lens. We wouldn’t have wished for any other photographer to capture our special day. Ben - thank you only lasts for as long as it takes for you to read this, but the joy you have brought to us through our album and the memories of you being part of our special day will last forever. We were recommended Ben by another photographer and loved the style and warmth of the images on his website. This came across on our first call and instantly felt relaxed with him and knew he would be perfect for our wedding. He stayed in touch beforehand and made sure everything was organised and we didn't have to think about anything. On the day he fit in with everyone and made them all feel so comfortable. When the pictures came through he had captured everything, I hadn't realised he was even there for some for the moments.
