If the shoes don't fit, can I exchange or return?
Yes. We offer free returns (UK only), and you have 14 days to return your shoes for a refund or exchange.
I am in between sizes, what shall I go for?
Unfortunately we don't offer half sizes, so if you are in between sizes, please get in touch to check if you need to size up or down as the styles fit differently.
Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping. For UK orders, we offer Royal Mail tracked 48 (£3.95), tracked 24 (£5.95) and a DHL courier next working day delivery (£8.00). For international orders, we offer DHL courier starting from €5.
The style I want is out of stock, what can I do?

Can I try them on in a shop?
