As your wedding Celebrant, my approach is traditional but not formal; I take the structure of a ceremony we all know and love, but I write it from scratch, making it completely unique to you. I am also attractive enough to be in the back of your photos, but not attractive enough to pull focus. Being a celebrant is the most wonderful and fulfilling thing I have ever done (and that includes both my children). I get to meet all sorts of people who are having all different kinds of wedding, and take the time to know them and understand their relationship so I can create and deliver a completely unique ceremony on their special day. I like to take the bare bones of a traditional ceremony, which I believe gives it the authenticity required; I want your guests to understand what they are a part of. I then fill in the gaps with personal anecdotes, unique memories and a sprinkling of vulnerability to deliver something so special that you and your guests will be talking about it for years to come. I can't explain how I do it but what I do is perfectly tread the line between romance and humour, light and shade, jokes that will go over your Gran's head but make your best friends chuckle. I want to make the ceremony the best part of the whole day, because that's the reason you're there
