The booking process was very easy and the company kept us updated the entire way. They called me the day before to double check everything was good to go. Our chauffeur Bobby was absolutely brilliant driving from Birmingham up to Middlesbrough for our big day. Coming up with great ideas where to position the car so our photos look great. He was patient whilst we took our photos, very polite, friendly and a safe driver. Would definitely recommend this company and if you get Bobby as a driver even better.

I let my husband choose the car for our wedding and he chose phantom hire. The car was lovely. The driver was fab. We were able to add a quick extra on-route stop so that I could visit my grandads grave and place some flowers. This stop hadn’t been on the initial itinerary but they were happy enough for us to do it on the day. I would definitely recommend this company.
