What size are your tables?
They are 240cm x 85cm and seat 8-10 guests with ample space in the middle for dressing and serving platters. We also have smaller 180cm x 85cm tables available for cakes, register signing etc... Please ask for these specifically if required.
What type of wood are the tables made from?
All our tables are handmade from Victorian antique pine that dates back to 1890. They are all unique and finished to leave showing the hallmarks of over 100 years of use.
What type of chairs do you have available?
We have 2 types of chairs available: 1 - Vintage folding beech chairs which date back to 1940s 2 - Cross Back chairs which have been lovingly hand restored and come with ivory seat pads as standard.
How long is your hire period?
Our maximum hire period is 5 days and we normally deliver on Thurs/Fridays and collect on Sun/Mondays. Longer hire periods can be negotiated at an additional charge.
What is the charge for delivery and collection?
The delivery charge stated in the quote will include both delivery and collection. The charge is based on the mileage from our base to the venue. We do not make any profit on our deliveries and just cover our logistics costs.
Does your company consider sustainability?
We pride ourselves on aiming to be as sustainable as possible. All our tables and bars are made from repurposed and salvaged timbers. All our chairs are either vintage or restored. We feel that by using up-cycled original materials, all of our pieces have an authenticity which is hard to find anywhere else.
