Boho Black Tie Inspiration

Didn't know boho black tie wedding inspiration existed? You do now! And it's giving us life! From the bride's relaxed braided updo to the groom's tuxedo, we're feeling every detail. All taking place at Recommended venue, Brickhouse Vineyard, complete with peacock chairs provided by Virginia's Vintage Hire. Keep your eyes peeled for the delicious dessert table too, because what's a party without cake?!

Boho Black Tie

The inspiration for the shoot began with the beautiful venue. Brickhouse Vineyard is the perfect location for small and intimate celebrations, but we wanted to prove that just because you are thinking small in numbers doesn’t mean you have to scale back on style or glamour! Even a small wedding can have a traditional black tie theme. Just as a rustic countryside wedding venue doesn’t have to be paired with a boho or rustic style. Stunning modern dresses and statement accessories look great in every setting!

Fashion

The bridal dresses were a key feature of the look ... we really wanted super modern and glam and definitely wanted to incorporate the trend for puff sleeves. UK company Georgia Bridal were the perfect fit lending us three of their beautiful dresses with puff sleeve, intricate cut out back details and off the shoulder flounces. These were paired with stunning orchid hairpieces and earrings created especially for the shoot by Claire Austin England. The classic black tux was then perfect for the groom's look.

One of the biggest benefits of dried flowers is, they last a really long time.

Orchids, luxury origami-inspired stationery, an intricate cake design and streamlined silhouettes paired with rattan and dried flowers completed the boho black tie inspiration.
