We’re about to make all your botanical wedding theme dreams come true! Because when plants meet weddings, well, it really is a match made in heaven. We can’t get enough of the colour and life it brings - and this shoot is no exception. With a little macrame, some beautiful shades of green, and a macaroon tower, you really can’t go wrong. We are also loving real couple, Rebecca & Karl, who look so perfect within this piece! Now, if you need us, we’ll be at the nearest garden centre… buying more plants…

Lockdown has brought out the crazy plant lady in many of us - and I am no exception. Whilst I was sat around for weeks, I started to compile a mood board full of plants. Plants for centrepieces, plants for statement backdrops and seating plans, plants on cakes even!
TIPI STYLING
I have lots of lovely couples marrying in tipi’s next year. So I wanted to inspire them with DIY ways in which they can really elevate their tipi styling and incorporate botanicals. Skipbridge Country weddings in York is a gorgeous DIY/tipi venue full of cute details, it’s a place you can really put your own stamp on.
REAL COUPLE
Our lovely real couple Rebecca & Karl have been affected by COVID (like so many), whilst planning their own wedding. They jumped at the chance to get dressed up and be our models for the day.
Botanicals and weddings really do go hand-in-hand. When thinking about your florals, don’t forget about all those beautiful plants…
