Where To Shop The Bridal Cape This Season...
There are a plethora of gorgeous capes amongst key designers collections this year. As ever, Pronovias have several simple yet striking options and are stocked globally, so finding their pieces couldn't be easier. British designer of note, Philippa Lepley has a gorgeous one in her latest collection, think classic, tailored design with heavily embroidered elements. For the boho brides out there, visit Bo & Luca - their soft and flowing gowns are inspired by global travel and have such unique detailing. There are several capes and cape-esque gowns in their latest collections. New bridal brand, Coop Couture who create masterpieces from knitted silk, have some killer capes in their debut collection - I'm loving the embroidery and detailing. If you're after something completely unique, Coop Couture is the brand for you. We're lucky enough to have some wonderful veil makers in the UK too - who will be able to create a cape to perfectly compliment your wedding dress. We love Britten Weddings and don't forget that many of the boutiques on our recommended supplier directory offer bespoke services that include creating accessories. Will you be wearing a cape? We'd love to see! Make sure you tag us in your wedding photographs on Instagram or submit your wedding via our submissions platform!
