Hula Hoop Decor At Barn Wedding

Meg & Joe planned their wedding years in advance and when the big day finally came around, the one thing they said to their suppliers was "go big or go home". And that is exactly what they did. From the hula hoop decor at the altar, the oversized bouquets, intricate bridal hair, neon sign and balloon arch! All the details made this day one to remember! Recommended supplier, Pink Wave Photography, was on hand to capture all of the incredible moments.

Hula Hoop Decor

Meg & Jo decided to decorate their rustic barn wedding venue with hula hoop decor at the altar, which is such a unique idea we're obsessed with! The couple had plenty of pampas grass, sage greens and pretty blush pinks. Meg has seen so many weddings with her job, so she mashed up a few different styles she liked and ended up with this gorgeous day! The overall bridal look with a boho lace wedding dress, denim jacket cover-up and an intricate braided hairstyle is beautiful. The bridesmaids wore green satin bridesmaid dresses to match the colour scheme and all held oversized bouquets.

Rustic Barn Wedding

Jo is part of the armed forces along with his brother. So there was a traditional guard of honour before the confetti exit. The couple had their cute pet dog, Nala, as the flower girl in their bespoke ceremony. The groom's sister also wrote Meg & Jo a special song for their day. Meg's favourite part of the day was Jo's groom's speech which made her fall in love all over again. You could really feel the love in the room with all the sentimental meaning and personal touches. The couple had a wedding reading from A Lovely Love Story by Edward Monkton. How adorable!
