Our vision was to create a dreamy Spring shoot with a romantic pink strapless wedding dress in the height of the UK blossom season.
HOOTON PAGNELL
Hooton Pagnell during spring is a beautiful place to get married. The grounds and orchards are full of trees blossoming with their pink petals. The perfect backdrop for romantic couples portraits. With an excellent team of creatives and a slightly whimsical feel, we transformed the Tithe Barn into a romantic and stylish spring setting. The tables were set with clear vases filled with flowers, gold highlights and smokey grey accents and looked incredible.
Pink Strapless Wedding Dress
Ellie wore wedding lingerie designed by Ophelia Liberty. Alison Jenner applied smokey eye makeup with extra volume to the lashes and delicate pink lipstick. Victoria Louise Accessories fashioned Ellie a 3D floral headband and blossom earrings which complimented the bespoke bridal gown beautifully. The ‘Bloom’ gown by Felisiti Greis is a luxuriously handcrafted pale pink strapless wedding dress; featuring a structured exposed corset style bodice, enriched with hand cut and hand sewn tulle and a 3D floral corset. We added a skilfully hand-painted leather jacket to show versatility.

Our photographer, Lianne Gray effortlessly captured details of the shoot throughout the day. Lianne’s photographs show how artistic and creative she is, honing her own style that charmingly captured the natural emotion that Ellie & Jake have for each other. Not to mention that pink strapless wedding dress. The Fabric Theatre created a chandelier backdrop for the ceremony which complimented the amazing wedding space where our real-life couple, romanced their way through the day.
A mix of dried and fresh flowers added lots of texture to the cake whilst flecks of gold leaf caught the light perfectly.
Ellie’s bouquet included flowers also used on the table centrepieces with the addition of Anemones and peony tulips all grown from their own cut garden in Sheffield. Gray Starlings created wedding stationery with a mix of clean acrylics mixed with handmade paper and bold prints to create a dramatic but elegant look. This was carried through to acrylic signage on the cake table and bronze mirrored place names.
