Inspiration

This stylish and intimate wedding took place at The Old Marylebone Town Hall. The bride looked classically chic in a Roland Mouret dress, which worked perfectly against her elegant bouquet of white roses. Wanting an intimate and modern wedding, Roberto and Jenny opted for style over tradition. After their heartfelt and emotional ceremony, the couple had photos around the Marylebone area, before heading to their reception at the Ivy Kensington Brassiere. Due to the wedding date being incredibly significant to them, the couple were worried they may have to postpone, but by changing ceremony rooms, they were able to go ahead (and even have a string duo play during the service!)

Wedding Suppliers

It started with the venue. We knew we wanted someone who knew the venue and the area well so we looked for people who had photographed there before. We came across Maja and instantly knew we wanted her to photograph our wedding. We loved all her photos, the tones and how natural they were. After talking to Maja about what I wanted my bouquet to look like, she recommended Jessica who created the perfect Majolica rose bouquet which was even better than I’d imagined. Giardino Strings, we found through the town hall’s supplier list.

Roland Mouret

Jenny looked absolutely flawless in a Roland Mouret dress, with a strapless bodice and effortless yet elegant skirt falling to the floor, the simple banded waistband created a beautiful silhouette. Paired with her Jimmy Choo shoes (LOVE), and classic hairstyle, Jenny absolutely rocked her wedding day style. We love to see a bride looking totally comfortable and at ease during their day, and we think this is the perfect example of that!

Inspiration & Styling

We wanted to simplify everything and make it intimate so the vibe we were going for was simple, elegant and modern. I wanted a modern dress to match the venue and The Ivy for our celebration. We also went for the Ted Baker suit for the same reason, we wanted something less traditional and more stylish. In terms of venue styling, we didn’t need to do anything as both The Old Marylebone Town Hall and The Ivy Kensington Brassiere were beautiful as they were.
