Beautiful same sex couple Jill & Gemma eloped with their daughter Alex and we think it is •chefs kiss*. Making their way to Ever After, a beautiful outdoor wedding venue in Dartmoor, they were married under the cover of the outdoor barn. Their florals were bright and bold, which is a stunning contrast against their boho chic gowns. We absolutely love how relaxed and intimate this day feels - we can tell it is truly a testament to who this gorgeous couple are as people. Oh, and we’ll take a pair of those awesome bridal Converse trainers, please!
Same-sex couple in elopement at the Ever After, Dartmoor
We decided to elope. We didn’t tell a soul and came back married. It was just the two of us and our daughter Alex who was 9 years old and was our bridesmaid.
VIBE
The vibe was relaxed and very boho. We wanted comfort and chilled vibes so we could enjoy every moment of the day and focus on the love we shared and not worry about the stress of anything else. We just wanted to celebrate our love.
SUPPLIERS
We went with the venues recommended suppliers. As we travelled from Newcastle to Devon, we put full trust in the venues suppliers as we couldn’t see or trial anything. We had to wait and see what was there on the day! Fortunately, everything was absolutely perfect.
