Hackney Town Hall Micro Wedding with Taco Food Truck & Pink Suit

Our favourite moment of the day was seeing each other for the first time.
What Made Your Day Unique
After our summer wedding was postponed, we planned our micro wedding in 48 hours just before the lockdown 2.0! We called in lots of favours and all of our friends rallied round. It was crazy and it made it all the more special and very us.
Inspiration & Styling
The vibe of our day was very relaxed and informal. We didn’t get a chance to use many of our amazing suppliers for this mini wedding, but we can’t wait to use them all next year. We have always adored Emmas (Epic Love Story) work, we knew we needed to have her there! Everyone only had about 24 hours notice so we were just thankful that everyone could come!
Just after we’d finished the vows we just looked at each other like ‘I can’t believe we’re finally married!’ It felt amazing.
Photographer
Our friend Emma (Epic Love Story Photography) really went above and beyond for us. I’ve been calling her my wedding fairy godmother! She’s always on hand with helpful advice. Our lovely florist Anna whipped me up the most beautiful bouquet and buttonholes with just a days notice. Finally, our friends who own The Joker kindly let us use it and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us. We even had one of our first dates there! I found my outfit on ASOS and we went out to get Tom suit the day before. It was a crazy 2 days!
