Kelly & Danny’s wedding day is one they had been waiting to come around for a while. After 11 years of doing life side by side and 4 children later, they could finally call themselves husband and wife. Aww! The couple tied the knot at Ash Tree Barns surrounded by their nearest and dearest with 38 daytime guests and 70 guests in the evening. The most important thing for this couple was celebrating the family they created over their decade together, so the wedding was full of fun and games for the kids. I honestly can’t pick just one favourite moment. Seeing my boys’ reaction to me all dressed up and how emotional my eldest son got was a moment I’ll never forget. The last-minute chaos where I had special moments with my mum and bridesmaids all helping me with the last-minute touches. Plus, walking down the aisle with my husband after 11 years and 4 kids later, finally husband and wife.

Kelly & Danny chose a relaxed boho theme for their wedding. Having 4 children, the couple didn’t want them to be uncomfortable in form-fitting clothing and opted for a relaxed dress code that gave their guests and the wedding party freedom. Kelly’s bridesmaids also chose their own dresses. The bride gave them a colour palette and let them choose their own gowns from that. Kelly & Danny’s main focus was keeping the kids happy so that’s why they had plenty of garden games, a bouncy castle, a bell tent, yummy s’mores, and sparklers to finish the day. Kelly & Danny love spending time outside with their kids, so an outdoor wedding was an obvious choice for them. Their wedding was about not just their love for each other but for their whole family of 6.
