Amazing service! Ordered a suit last minute for a wedding this weekend and stupidly forgot to check the next-day delivery button… auto chose the 3-5 working days delivery… as soon as I realised I emailed (11pm) to ask if I could pay the extra and upgrade… they emailed back at (8am) the next day saying they had upgraded to pre-12 next day as a gesture of goodwill FOC!! Amazing! Thanks so much, the suits just arrived and it’s perfect!

Quite a rare find in these modern times, a company that delivers all that it promises!! I ordered a jacket for an upcoming wedding, which duly arrived on the scheduled day, but sadly it was a little too large…… With only 3 days to go until the wedding, I had to re-order a size smaller, which was delivered the following day as promised! My refund for the original jacket was processed and paid within 48 hours hassle free!! Would highly recommend this company, as it really does what it says on the tin!!
