Duddon Mill Farm Marquee Wedding

Charlie & Will are both vets and had a pet-friendly wedding at Duddon Mill Farm. It's fun, romantic and full of autumnal details including pumpkin wedding favours! It was a traditional church wedding with a marquee reception that the couple made entirely their own. The whole bridal party looks incredible! Maybe the fact that the bridesmaids were in dresses from Recommended supplier, TH&TH Bridesmaids, and the bride was in a wedding dress from Recommended supplier, Made With Love, has something to do with it! The couple found their wedding band through Recommended supplier, Alive Network. Charlie & Will also chose Reocmmended supplier, Prezola, for their gift list.

Walking into the church and seeing each other for the first time was a favourite moment. Also, seeing how happy our families and friends were was just incredible. We were the last two people in the marquee at the end of the night and we took a moment to look around at the party we had just thrown and reflect on the day before heading to bed in the early hours of the morning.

Duddon Mill Farm

Charlie & Will didn't have a strict or specific vision, instead, they had two briefs - autumnal colours and an open bar. Sounds perfect to us! They were pretty easygoing with all other decisions. The florist, marquee company, and venue all coordinated brilliantly and made it all pretty magical. Duddon Mill Farm, was a stunning backdrop and total blank canvas that lent itself so well to the couple's loose vision. Charlie looks incredible in a lace wedding dress (that she bought seven days before the wedding!) alongside her I Do Crew in green bridesmaid dresses.

Suppliers

The couple's florist, Hannah, just went above and beyond with the church entrance flower column arrangements and the hanging installations with the disco balls! The couple were overjoyed with their wedding photos and get to enjoy the rewards of them forever. Charlie & Will have zero regrets about ordering a personalised neon sign, too! For food, Charlie & Will had sharing platters and then grilled cheese sandwiches for the evening. The couple decided early on to choose suppliers they didn't mind spending a lot of time with.

You can always hack the plan no matter how late in the day. We left some decisions until really late and had last-minute changes and everything worked out better than we could have hoped!
