We had a small wedding of 35 guests and really wanted to treat everyone, especially as most were travelling to London from Australia for the big day. Good food and wine were a priority, and when we found the private room at Spring we just knew it was us; the second we visited we fell in love and the vibe was exactly what we were after. The venue didn't need much styling as it was stunning on its own, so I simply briefed JamJar that I wanted white roses with greenery and left them to it. We live in Islington so having our ceremony at Islington Town Hall was a no brainer; it was really special being able to get married in our area, the registrars were super helpful and the venue was incredible. It was so London!

How We Chose Our Suppliers

After finding a venue, our photographer was one of the most important suppliers for us, and we knew we wanted bright and natural photos. We did most of our research on Instagram and saw a photo that Photography by Krishanthi had put up outside Islington Town Hall, which we loved. We then looked at the rest of her portfolio and knew her style was exactly what we were after. Initially we weren't going to have a video, however we quickly changed our minds when we realised that Krish offered both. We opted for a highlights video, which is 3 minutes long, and it is perfect.
