What Made Our Day Unique

Our wedding felt as magical as the wonderland we based it on, every detail was two and a half years in the making with input from some of the most special people in our lives...We tried to keep everything local to our gorgeous venue, which is in the middle of stunning Wiltshire countryside, we got married in March and even then, it took my breath away, every detail was thought through by the staff there, down to the little tea lights in all of the alcoves in the ceremony room.

Inpsiration & Styling

I wanted our wedding to be very crisp with splashes of colour, I chose to have my bridesmaids in black dresses and James chose black suits to match, the image I had in my mind worked out perfectly as the bridesmaid bouquets looked so vibrant and beautiful against their dresses. The whole of our theme centred around our extraordinary flowers, our florist, Claire Blythe just got my vision of classic Alice in Wonderland straight away and I gave her a fairly free reign for her to do what she felt was best and it was well worth it. It was her idea to add in the playing cards, jewellery and tiny keys to the arrangements and it was those little touches everyone noticed. She called my flower choices “English country garden in summer”, I wanted bright, wild looking flowers that felt like they would belong in the Wiltshire countryside.
