Inspiration

Our hearts are bursting with joy from this colourful two day wedding at Harlaxton Manor! Combining a mix of Indian and Polish culture, Anuja & Aleksander were married in a Hindu ceremony, within an English setting. Their day consisted of afternoon tea, floral bouquets filled with whites, light blues and pinks, all complete in the ornate setting of Harlaxton Manor. Their post-wedding photos amongst the manicured gardens whilst the sun sets are fairytale-worthy! We also love the idea of mixing vodka with some Indian dancing… sign us up for the next party please.

Inspiration & Styling

We wanted our guests to feel pampered and relaxed, with afternoon tea in the ornate gold room, and champagne while roaming around the manicured gardens in the sun. We wanted the evening to be a fun fusion with a live soul band and DJ playing Indian songs. Our inspiration for styling came from our love of countryside manor houses.

If you’re looking for quintessentially English, picturesque countryside, and plenty of photo opportunities, then this is most certainly a place to try. We also love the combination of Anuja & Aleksander’s colourful cultures amongst the romantic backdrop of Harlaxton Manor.

Your Favourite Moment Of The Day

This is a very difficult question to answer. We think our favourite moment of the day would be in Harlaxton Manor, when the sun was setting and everything around turned a golden colour. Our guests were outside with us to watch the sunset as it had been a warm summer's day, and we felt so happy to be celebrating our wedding with all our loved ones.
