Inspiration

Neutral tones and an outfit change for the bride at this Hyde House wedding. A day filled with music, candlelit tables, and sparklers, all topped off by confetti cannons during the first dance and the flowers provided the perfect pop of colour! The bride and groom wanted to create a relaxed vibe for the day, where close friends and family could simply enjoy themselves – we definitely think they succeeded!

WHAT MADE OUR DAY UNIQUE

"Our day reflected so much of our personalities! We both like the simple, relaxed feel of neutrals and natural textures, so we wanted our wedding to reflect this. We hoped to create something uniquely beautiful that would complement the venue's three buildings, The Grange, Hyde House, and Hyde Barn. We achieved this by pairing earthly décor elements and textures of pampas, velvet table runners and silks with exquisite warm floral hints, topped off with candlelit tables! David's love of music meant the song list was essential throughout the day and the evening bought lots of dancing, neon signs, confetti canons and sparklers! It was truly the best day!" - Siobhan & David

Hyde House Wedding

Hyde House wedding venue has a rustic and warm feel to it. Nestled in the Cotswolds countryside with stunning rural views, it provides a beautiful backdrop to your big day. Our couple chose décor that would suit the venue, using neutral tones and hints of golds – even a white bouncy castle! The bridesmaids wore feather grey dresses that complimented the Pronovias dress chosen by the bride, which was later swapped for a stylish silky number.

INSPIRATION STYLING

"To us nothing says dreamy like a soft, muted colour palette of neutrals. We incorporated beige, creams, and hints of gold throughout, but wanted to add some vibrancy to the ceremony barn which included a pop of blush/burnt orange in the beautiful sunset peonies. The simplicity of the venue made for a gorgeous neutral palette. We chose plain foliage runners/wreaths of greenery and grasses for the tables, surrounded by candles and added in some gold terrariums for a modern feel. Neutrals to us mean using many materials; we incorporated velvet table runners, silk accents, metallics, and grasses throughout. Our vibe was warm, natural, and textured for a relaxed summer feel." - Siobhan & David
