Amy & Roy are here to show you how to have a classic and timeless wedding with boho touches. The pampas grass floral arrangements are so incredible, which were designed by, Recommended supplier, Corky and Prince! With a neutral palette of cream, ivory and blush to complement the stunning Recommended venue, Elmore Court, this day is so pretty. Amy wore a Jesus Peiro wedding dress and we are just obsessed with her bridal look. She accessorised perfectly with pearls and a chunky headband. But, we have to say Amy & Roy's adorable baby may have stolen the show. Amy's favourite moments of the day were actually when she got to steal time to breastfeed her baby. Boho luxe pampas grass floral arrangements
Breastfeeding on the day was something I was quite nervous about in the lead-up. My dress was previously altered by the most amazing seamstress to account for engorgement and Sacha didn’t take to a bottle... But I needn’t of worried. When I eventually reconnected with my baby I knew we’d smashed it! Don’t sweat the small stuff! You’ll want everything to be perfect but unbeknownst to you right now, it will be. And brides-to-be who have babies... they will be fine on the day!
Pampas Grass Floral Arrangements
The vibes were earthy, relaxed and romantic. Amy & Roy didn't want to distract from the beauty of Elmore Court so ensured the decor enhanced the venue's beauty. They scattered the aisle with a meadow of quicksand roses, caramel tulips and lots of fluffy pampas grass. The flowers echoed the colour palette of ivory, cream, blush and oat. The couple knew exactly what they wanted and Elmore Court fit the bill after the couple was told about it by a friend. Amy & Roy included two large pampas grass floral arrangements at the entrance, which they then moved to frame their personalised neon sign. They ended up with a perfect photo area and a book of polaroids from their guests.
Bridal Look & Special Moments
Amy knew she wanted her look to be classic. She chose a Jesus Peiro wedding dress with brocade and pockets, which she accessorised with a chunky headband and statement pearl earrings. To complete the look were those perfect Manolo Blahnik's that Carrie Bradshaw would be proud of. Amy's favourite moment of the day was sneaking a moment with her 9-month-old baby to breastfeed him. The couple both found their day to be more unique and special with their little boy there. They had two readings as part of the ceremony. The first was 'Nothing Else Matters' lyrics by Metallica. The second, was 'Everything I Know About Love' by Dolly Alderton as seen in our wedding readings from books!
Pearls are the perfect accessory for any bride and Amy is a prime example of how to do it right.
Anna, our photographer was more than just a supplier on the day. She was so cool, calm and collected and kept us straight! She was by our side the whole time making sure she captured the most special moments including breastfeeding my baby. Anna had done the photography at my best friend’s wedding and I loved her style. She was a no-brainer!
