Step inside a vibrant 1970s-inspired disco wedding filled with burnt orange details, retro DIY décor, Ibiza saxophone sets, and the ultimate pop-punk party playlist.
The overall vibe of the day was a 1970s-inspired disco party, with bright orange tones, wildflowers, disco balls, and a retro, festival-style atmosphere after a romantic ceremony. It was inspired by our love of the era and live music; we incorporated vinyl records, as we love our record collection at home.
Our advice for couples planning a wedding is to make it personal and add touches that reflect who you are. It’s your day, and the most memorable weddings are the ones that feel true to you. Choose things because you love them, whether that’s cute invitations or a non-traditional meal. The little details are fun to do, and planning them together is part of the experience. Don’t feel pressured to follow traditional music, and food can be whatever you want. We had a barbecue and a pop punk band, and everyone, even the older guests, joined in and loved it. People will celebrate your love, no matter what.
