DIY Touches at Rustic Trevenna Barns Wedding

Our favourite moment of the day was our vows. This was something I knew I wanted to do whenever I got married and was happy that Adam was on board. It was a push for me to read out such a personal message in front of lots of people as I can be quite shy but it was the most memorable part of our day. Hearing the beautiful things Adam had to say as well was gorgeous. We even made my dad cry (and I was not expecting that as weddings are not his thing!)

My advice would be to enjoy it. At times, it can feel really stressful but you will really miss that time when it is gone. Go to that extra effort to add in little details and personal touches as it makes that wedding planning time even more special. I would give anything to still be planning my wedding as I loved every step of the way. I would also say, to remember that it is your day as a couple, so make choices that make you happy and try not to worry too much about everyone else. As long as there is plenty of food, drink and music, you're on to a winner!
