Weddings by Emily Charlotte was established by owner and lead planner, Emily, in 2015, so 2025 marks 10 years working with wonderful couples on over 75 weddings and events across England, Italy and Spain. Emily predominantly offers Complete Wedding Planning Management; this comprehensive offering is for couples looking for complete support from the initial venue search, through supplier sourcing and booking management to seamless coordination on the day. With this service you'll also receive guidance on your ceremony legalities (where applicable), budget allocation and ongoing tracking, as well as detailed event design and styling. Based in the heart of the Sussex countryside, Emily and her team typically plan weddings across the South of England, including London and surrounding counties but are available for travel to where you need them! Whilst Emily has a guideline offering to get you started, services are always bespoke to a couples requirements after an initial consultation.

We booked Emily as our wedding planner and couldn’t have asked for a better planner. She was super on top of everything from the very beginning. Always responsive to emails and messages. If you are looking for a wedding planner online, stop your search right now. Emily is without doubt the best in the business! She organised everything from our venue/site visits down to in person and zoom consultations to make sure we were comfortable with all of our decision making process before the big day. On the day she couldn’t have been more helpful and my wife and I felt she was in complete control of the situation. Emily has a sharp eye for detail and really works with you as a couple to prioritise what is important to you to deliver amazing results.
