We held our 'tiny' marriage celebration at the hotel by staying over for a couple of nights and having an evening dinner in the Apple Blossom room. Thank you Grace for the help in arranging everything, it was much appreciated. We all had a wonderful time. The hotel definitely had the relaxed vibe we were looking for. I have given up on make-up since our wedding. The best day ever. More than I could ever imagine. Thank you so much for bringing our dreams to life. All of the staff were just so fab and I can't thank you enough!!!!!

We had our wedding party at Rutland Hall Hotel yesterday and everything was fantastic! Every meeting in the run-up was great (thanks Kay & Grace!), the team were so flexible and accommodating with all of our ideas, our room was beyond amazing (thank you!), afternoon tea in the Apple Blossom Suite was yummy, Jack who took us around in the buggy was lovely, the Lakeview Suite was perfect, our hog roast buffet was spot on, breakfast good, Sunday roast the next day was great, and Megan who looked after us on the day was awesome in so many ways!!! In fact, every member of staff we met was fantastic - great service all round by what came across as a very happy team! I've planned a few big events in the past and the service we received from RHH was without doubt the best by a long way! All in an amazing hotel with gorgeous views. Sad it's all over!!

Dean and I had our wedding at the most fabulous venue we could have wished for. Rutland Hall was so magical. The staff were incredible and just made our day super special. It was faultless. The wedding breakfast was on another level. Everybody loved it. Emmie guided us through the whole planning process and was such a superstar. Emmie's knowledge and support was invaluable and was always on hand to help in any way she could. Truly our day was incredible. having our ceremony outside looking over the beautiful Rutland Water. An amazing setting. Rutland Hall is such a beautiful place and will forever be in our hearts. So much emotion and joy. We cannot thank the whole team at Rutland Hall enough. Oh and the Windsor Suite that we stayed in was on another level. All the rooms are fantastic but we felt somewhat Royal in our suite. You could not find a better place to have your special day. Every step of our experience with Rutland Hall Hotel has been positive. From our initial tour where we fell in love with the venue to the continued support and professionalism throughout our two year planning process. Nothing was too much. Emmie held our hands, listened and laughed throughout the journey and it all came together beautifully. Our November 2025 wedding was absolutely stunning. The staff looked after our guests beautifully, the food was impeccable and the views and vibes were 10/10. Andrea made sure everything went perfectly to plan on the big day. We cannot recommend Rutland Hall enough and we cannot wait to come back for our anniversary (or sooner!).

Everything about our day and the planning process was smooth and easy. I was 6 months pregnant on our special day and I was looked after so well throughout the day and in the lead up. The team at Rutland Hall really helped make our dreams become a reality.

Emmie and the team were so friendly and helpful, the venue is stunning and the food was great! We had such a lovely day with our 12 guests and Emmie couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommended!!

We had our wedding reception at Rutland Hall Hotel who were also absolutely brilliant. Emmie was wonderfully helpful all the way through the process and was really quick to respond to emails and helped walk us through the timelines of the day and advise us on when things would be able to happen best. The staff on the day were also wonderful and I just cannot fault the helpful and friendly service we were provided. We overran slightly and I was concerned that would effect the service, but they were so good and got all the food out in excellent time, which was also some of the best food I have ever eaten. The room they have is removed from the rest of the hotel with exclusive access for the reception. It's an absolutely beautiful room set across three tiers, which is great for keeping the dancefloor music from being too loud in other parts of the room, and the size meant that we could keep the tables and seating without needing a flip to make space for the dancefloor itself. We didn't get married on site, but there is a lovely outside area to do so with a beautiful view of Rutland Water. The hotel rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was wonderfully scrumptious. Absolutely cannot fault them, the service was perfect from beginning to end.
