…Yep, it’s an immense wedding and it’s going to be on Rock My Wedding next week… No, I can’t stop smiling either! Ok bye…”
The Weekly Round Up
We went for a frolic in the countryside complete with a VW Camper Van and a whole lot of love. We showed you a subtle summery look that you can create using easy breezy bronzes and pretty pinks and enjoyed the Rustic Romance of Rebecca and Rob’s real wedding.
We Kept you warm on wednesday with a delightfully pretty (and a little big geeky) engagement shoot. We gave you Two Triumphant Weddings In One with Sarah and Georges dual English and Hindu ceremonies. Real Bride Celine met Sassi Holford. Naomi discussed what to do when the road gets a bit bumpy and we finished the week by getting just a little bit fruity!
The Rock My Wedding Lomography Rumble
As a little bonus sneaky peeky this week, I have a couple of shots that team RMW took on Friday in Soho…
You may remember a while ago during our retro week that we gave you a chance to enter a photo competition (or ‘rumble’ as the cool Lomo kids call em!) over at Lomography.com. Three lucky couples won a photoshoot organised by RMW and shot by some of our favourite photographers, all using lomography cameras and equipment. You can check out all of the winners images here.
Now I know what you are going to say – the camera in that second picture doesn’t look very ‘Lomography’… Well yeah you got me. Of course most our photographers also had with them their trusty digital cameras and we don’t want to give too much Lomography loving away just yet anyway
It was a great day and a fun trip to the Big Smoke for all who were involved. I really can’t remember the last time I laughed so much. There were crates of props, photographers on roller skates and three of the coolest and most easy going couples you could ever hope to shoot. That sounds bad, but you know what I mean.
And by easy going I mean they were more than happy to let us dress them all up like complete loons and then take them out for an extended walk about in public!
Anyway… we will reveal more once all the films are back from the labs!
Happy Sunday people.
