From the church to the club - Ioanna and Vasilis' wedding had both traditional elegance AND an amazing after party full of moshing to a live band. Ioanna and Vasilis are the founders of Salt & Pepper Jeans Co - Greece's top denim company. Their reception took place at Block 33, a bare brick live music venue in Thessaloníki. It was around Christmastime, so they obviously had to have an epic theme to match the season! The Salt, Pepper & Spice theme was a nod to the season, their business and young daughter who spiced up their lives. Nadia Rapti, Ioanna's personal friend, designed this stunning alternative plunge neck wedding dress.

Our love story was the inspiration behind the whole day because our journey as a couple has brought us our successful company, and our lovely child as the cherry on top. The Christmas season combined with our signature rock vintage style tied everything together.
VIBE
Ioanna and Vasilis' signature alternative vintage rock 'n' roll style, combined with ethereal fairytale elements. They wanted beautiful scenery and decor, as well as somewhere their guests could dance until the early hours. Block 33 was the perfect venue!
THEME
They had a custom Salt, Pepper & Spice neon sign made to light up the dance floor. It was designed to the correct specifications so that Ioanna & Vasilis could repurpose it for their head office. Such a great idea to minimise waste and be reminded of your wedding day every day! Sticking with the theme, their invitations contained a sprinkling of Himalayan rock salt, pink peppercorns, sweet paprika and rosemary. They also used this to fill transparent Christmas ornaments to give as wedding favours.
DECOR & STYLING
Guests were welcomed with spiced mulled wine and traditional Greek festive sweets, as well as an installation of 250 tealight candles, illuminating Block 33's exposed brick walls. It was a rock 'n' roll winter wonderland, with 3-meter tall Christmas trees, rainfall lights, burgundy tapered candles, dark tablecloths and pine tree garland table centrepieces. We love the glass bottles holding the candlesticks filled with eucalyptus and water!

Our wedding really showed off our story and personal aesthetic. The Christmas season helped us express every little piece of us and the result came out exactly as we'd dreamed. From the decoration to the dance floor, every moment was unique and magic.
