Captured by the talented Pink Wave Photography (one of our recommended suppliers don't you know!) the summer celebration took place at at Chycara, a hidden gem of a venue with plenty of charm!

We had our 1 year old son with us, which we loved (even if it was a little stressful at times). At our church ceremony we got a blessing from the vicar as a family at the alter, this was so special to us. We also decided to have a small ish wedding, only close friends and intimate family members - this made it more special as we got to spend time with every one!
Our theme was very rustic and natural so the colour scheme was Sage green, gold with a touch of clementine! We love the sage green colours and again with Chycara’s gardens we thought it fitted in well with the natural theme we where after - We didn’t want anything too over the top, so we went for the minimalistic approach.

The whole day at Chycara was full of favourite moments, but we both said the first dance was our favourite. All day we felt like we had to do something or be somewhere, but in that moment it felt like it was just us on our own dancing to John Legand 'Stay with Me' sung by our Band. Neither of us noticed anyone watching us, and it was our time to just be close, have a moment to chat and just relax!
