Dark grey bridesmaid dresses, pink blooms and minimalistic touches set the tone for this Autumn wedding. Charlotte & Ian are both artists and choose the amazing Brympton house in Somerset for their pre-raphaelite-esque celebration. Pretty magical aye? We thought you would love it.
The most striking thing about this wedding was the mood and ethereal winter light, both inside and out. Along with the romantic, tasteful and minimalistic touches.
The vibe of our day was relaxed, romantic and autumnal. Filled with colour, gorgeous flowers and greenery. The whole house had so many different rooms, levels, secret stairways and doors with what you imagine to have endless stories… it was a lot of fun to fill with our friends and family for the weekend.
It is clear to see that colour played a key part in bringing this wedding to life. We like the dark grey bridesmaid dresses, paired with pink blooms a lot for two reasons. One because pink always wins for adding a romantic feel to your big day. And two, because grey adds a touch of sophistication.
It is hard to pick a favourite moment from our day but it was either our wedding breakfast, a room filled with all the people we love, listening to the speeches, surrounded by the beautiful styling, flowers and fruit on the tables. Or our incredible jazz band Bowery with Grace Walker as the singer. They moved around the room playing brass and had EVERYONE on the dance floor. It went way too quickly!
