Claire & Max are simply styling their way down the aisle on this gorgeous day captured by Recommended Supplier, Joshua Gooding Photography. Wanting to celebrate somewhere unique, they opted for this little oasis buried away in vibrant Brixton. With tables named after their favourite places to eat in London and their travels, to, Roger their dog looking flawless in his bow tie, we’re seriously feeling it all! Gold dress for wedding at the 100 Barrington
It was the first wedding of any of our friends and family after the last 2 years of the pandemic. We wanted to make the whole day feel relaxed and fun, with loads of amazing food and drink. The dress code had to be anything but traditional. Claire set the tone with her gold dress.
SUPPLIERS
We found 100 Barrington on Rock My Wedding. We first visited when it was a building site, but we could tell from speaking to the staff how amazing it was going to be. Sabel Food is a recommended supplier from the venue. We drooled over their Instagram feed. Max works in the food industry, so there was a lot of pressure! Our guests are still talking about the slow-roasted heritage carrots and BBQ lamb weeks later. Josh Gooding, our photographer, was another recommendation. His photos are stunning - our family and friends loved him. He made us look like movie stars!
GOLD DRESS FOR WEDDING & STYLING
Claire saw her dress on Gillian Anderson at a movie premiere and fell in love. Max had to step up to match in a red velvet jacket. From there, all the reds, pinks and golds of the table decorations, balloons and flowers came together, looking stunning in the venue. Our tables were named after our favourite places to eat in London and from our travels. It’s what our friends know us for. Celine Love (singer) has a beautiful soulful voice and performed some of our favourite tracks from Prince to Lianne La Havas.

It was the perfect day but we were blown away with Josh as our photographer. He was amazing with our friends and family, taking care of Claire’s nan and her niece. And then when we received the photos, absolutely beautiful!
