Inspiration

This classic Rosedew Farm wedding has just melted our hearts. We’re a puddle of joy on the floor looking at this beautifully classic and rustic at-home wedding day. Natalie & Dafi are both farmers and couldn’t think of a better place to marry surrounded by their 3 dogs and stunning flower fields. With a Welsh choir and tractor rides, this day is pretty unforgettable. The couple chose Recommended Supplier, Sophie Collins Photography, to capture every aspect of the day.

Rosedew Farm wedding for two farmers with a wildflower wedding theme and pet dog ring bearer

As we were saying our vows my dog, Sapper, ran down the aisle and lay on the back of my dress. The whole church let out an “awww” and we laughed. So I said the rest of my vows with my very loyal sheepdog lying on my dress.

Rosedew Farm

Natalie & Dafi married at Dafi’s family farm, Rosedew Farm. Natalie's family flew from all over the world to be there for the couple's special day. The wedding day had a family-oriented feel and celebrated Natalie & Dafi's farming lifestyle. All guests were transported from the church to the farm on tractors and trailers and their sheepdog was the ring bearer. The inspiration for the day was farm chic. Decorating the farm were lots of wildflowers, tractors, sheep in the fields, dogs running around greeting the guests, fairy lights and milk churns. It's just so wholesome!

Wedding Music

Music was a big part of Natalie & Dafi's weekend at Rosedew Farm. The couple had booked through Recommended Supplier, Entertainment Nation, for the wedding bands and DJs! Natalie's hometown choir sang in the church and when guests arrived back at the farm. They sang Welsh hymns and classic sing-alongs! The couple recommends having a sing-song after the church because it really sets the tone for the rest of the day. Natalie's 84-year-old grandfather from South Africa also played the piano at the reception.

Music and readings are a great way of personalising your wedding and getting your guests involved in the day!

Have fun with it! Don’t worry about what Auntie Sandra might think about the colour scheme or the flowers. It’s your day and you’ll be so grateful on the day when you look around the room and it reflects you and your partner's personalities.

Natalie & Dafi

This Rosedew Farm wedding has us feeling all warm and fuzzy. Natalie & Dafi had 3 of their loving pet dogs involved in their day. We've got plenty more pets at weddings inspiration where that came from. Always dreamt of turning up in a tractor for your big day?
