When the groom’s family home is located in the South Downs National Park, well, all you need is a stretch tent, glorious weather, and some beautifully rustic styling! Becky & Jeremy not only smashed their golden hour couples portraits out of the park, but they also curated a day that perfectly showcases who they are. Since they both love the countryside, a family home wedding was a fabulous option. We love the deep wooden banquet tables, lined with simple floral bouquets and white candles. Oh, and the bride's boho wedding dress? Catch us running through fields of gold in that one…

We wanted to create an effortless garden party reception making use of the beautiful gardens that we know so well. Followed by dinner in the meadow watching the sunset.
SUPPLIERS
A few of the key suppliers were actually guests of the wedding and very close friends to us both. Including the DJ, musician and celebrant. We also got a lot of great recommendations from friends and family, such as the florist and make up artist. When we were choosing other suppliers, we chose the ones that we felt really got us and understood the day that we were trying to create.
SMALLER WEDDING
Due to the pandemic, we were limited to a smaller wedding than initially planned. However, we were able to call on our closest friends and family to play a lot of the key roles of the day. We were also able to celebrate the day at the Groom’s family home in surroundings that were very special to us both. This was amazing to share with our closest family and friends.

Despite the pandemic - we had the best day. We were surrounded by our very closest loved ones and hugging them so tight after so long was the best feeling. Even though there were people we sadly couldn’t share the day with, we had lots of little celebrations throughout the summer with them. It was a summer filled with so much love and happiness after such a strange year!
