Winter Wedding with Bride in a Juliet Cap Veil & Eliza Jane Howell Gown

BUDGET £15 – 17.5K

Shakira and Rob are just one of those couples who are effortlessly cool. Not only do they wear a tuxedo and a Juliet cap veil, but together with Lo and Behold Bespoke they also decorated their country house wedding venue with pampas grass, forest green linens, and gold candlesticks. What a heady combination. Having such a stylish wedding and being a gorgeous black couple they’ve since started an Instagram account @notjustawhitewedding to ensure more black couples are seen and represented within the wedding industry. What a duo.

Secondhand Wedding Dress and Vintage Tuxedo Jacket for a Fun New Orleans Wedding with Brass Band Procession

BUDGET £22.5 – 25K

As soon as we saw this fabulous New Orleans wedding by Nancy Ebert Photography, we just knew we had to share it with you. Firstly, how incredibly beautiful and stylish are the bride and groom, Bridgette and Saul? Answer: Very! Absolutely nailing it in a secondhand wedding dress with ruffles and vintage white tuxedo jacket that belonged to the groom’s father. Also, their brass band procession escorting them from the ceremony to reception has to be one of the most fun ways to move from venue to venue we have ever seen. Even as a passerby the atmosphere must have been electric. If you’re not in the mood for the New Year celebrations tonight, you will be after viewing this!

Village Hall Wedding Pin Image

Two Day Village Hall Wedding with DIY Decor and Bride in Tea Length Wedding Dress

Day one was an intimate affair at Fort Henry with only immediate family and friends, plus the couples adorable dog Alfie, and day two was party day in a local village hall, prepped and preened by family and friends with lots of DIY decor and details. The afternoon kicked off with Gin cocktails, craft beers, fish and chips and ice cream cones, and culminated with a ceilidh band. Capturing all the laid back vibes and fun were photographer friends The George’s.

Black Brides Matter – Inclusive Wedding Inspiration at The Barn at Drovers

When Kesri and Leesha approached us back in May 2019 to feature their gorgeous Black Brides Matter inspiration shoot we were absolutely over the moon and couldn’t wait to support them. We strive to share as many diverse weddings as we possibly can on Rock My Wedding and so the shoot at The Barn At Drovers was another way for us to do that and spread the message the ladies so eloquently make about the industry needing to better represent minorities. In their words “We cannot dream of a gorgeous wedding no matter the theme, boho/contemporary/elegant/wild/outdoor/romantic wedding if we cannot see ourselves reflected in them.”

We know that their vision is going to have a huge impact on so many people’s wedding planning journeys. Not only are they delivering this powerful message they have done a sterling job at showing us some super sexy inspiration too. WOW ladies, just wow.

Peg Board Table Plan & DIY Sweet Table for an Elmore Court Wedding

Weddings like this should come with a warning of ‘G’ for utterly gorgeous. Shall I go on swooning? This celebration is filled with emotion and happiness – and if it doesn’t have you reaching for a hanky it will definitely have you drooling over the sweet bar. Mm mmm!

Tropical Brights Meets 70s Macramé

Not only have Fringe and Fray got an awesome name for their Macramé business, but they’ve also got an incredible talent for styling too.

This wonderful bohemian inspiration mixes the free spirit of the seventies with tropical leaves and vintage bridal wear all in a rustic setting. Proving you truly can have a day your way.

Camilla Andrea Photography has really brought the concept to life with her captures and I’m sure you’ll be pinning before you know what’s hit you.

Emma & Jake

If you caught Emma & Jake’s Barbican engagement shoot by Fern Edwards Photography, you’ll know we’ve been pretty excited to see their actual wedding day.

Set in the gorgeous Horniman Conservatory with eucalyptus, ferns and all manor of gorgeous foliage framing the aisle and altar, not to mention making up the majority of the bouquets, along with some protea stems for an added pop of colour.

Bride Emma wore a simple, but incredibly chic Charlie Brear gown, and her bridesmaids looked fierce in white and nude asymmetrical AQ/AQ dresses.

The whole wedding is a botanical dream, and will have you swooning from start to finish.
