The Edge of Eden: An Anti-Wedding Editorial In Mallorca

Written by Leah Blundell
Photography by Puy Cermeño

A modern anti-wedding editorial set in Mallorca. The Edge of Eden explores wedding trends 2026, micro wedding inspiration and Spain wedding venues with soul.

This shoot was more than a creative collaboration; it was a personal journey and a glimpse into the future of weddings. The Edge of Eden reflects what we believe celebrations will become: thoughtful, intimate, art-driven, and wildly alive. Every frame was crafted with purpose, often by a single pair of hands chasing light and emotion. It’s for the couples of 2026 and beyond who crave connection over perfection, who find beauty in the undone. What began as an editorial became a love letter to courage, creativity, and the freedom to feel.
Set within Trobar Mallorca’s world of soulful gastronomy and curated design, the styling embraced a dialogue between the raw and the refined. Modern art, vintage glasswork, and sculptural florals are intertwined to create an atmosphere rather than decoration.
