Valentina & Alessandro's effortlessly elegant alfresco wedding reception was quintessentially Italian. We can almost taste the regional red wine just looking at it! The whole day was embellished with touches of burgundy, from the wine rack table plan to the handmade favours. This was a nod to their theme of the day: red wine! A theme particularly loved by Rock My Wedding, I have to say. It took place at Tenuta Pegazzera, a beautiful 1700's villa in a region famous for red wine. The day was complete with bistro lights, music, dancing and a finale of epic sparklers.

The decorations, atmosphere, food and music was exactly as we always dreamt it would be. I remember the moment I saw all set up while I was walking down the aisle, how beautiful and special it was. The result was beyond our expectations!
VIBE
An open air wedding with a luxurious buffet on the lawn after the ceremony - because what would an Italian wedding be without delicious food?! With live music throughout the day, it was both fun and elegantly refined. Valentina & Alessandro wanted a relaxed and romantic atmosphere, opting for classic white and burgundy decor and bistro lighting that would illuminate the courtyard as the evening went on.
WINE RACK TABLE PLAN
The theme of the day? Red wine. Valentina & Alessandro went all out to celebrate the region's most famous produce, from the wine rack table plan, to wedding stationery, right down to the floral centrepieces enriched with fruit and grapes. The wine rack table plan is specifically a 'pupitre' wine rack; traditionally used to prepare Spumante wine (Italian sparkling wine) and champagne.

We are particularly grateful to Alessandro’s cousins who made the favours for us. They handmade little vases and painted on the design we chose for our stationery. We saw them being made from the beginning, and had the chance to make one ourselves on the lathe, like in the movie Ghost!
