Our friends and family are so connected that our wedding became a celebration shared between a group of people already so familiar and comfortable with each other. We wanted this comfort and love to flow through our day.

Bryony & Andrew

Library Wedding at Barnbougle Castle

Bryony & Andrew’s wedding day can be described as traditional vintage luxury. The couple wanted to celebrate their Scottish roots woven with parts of their personalities and shared experiences. They decided Barnbougle Castle was the perfect choice for them as the venue is full of unique and charming character. That being said, despite the luxury vibes of the castle, they still aimed for a relaxed and fun-loving vibe. For decor, Bryony & Andrew kept things traditional with white flowers and lots of foliage. The bridesmaids also looked so elegant in navy blue bridesmaid dresses. For the evening, the bridesmaids and groomsmen, along with the incredible band, were amazing at keeping the dance floor jumping all night long. Bryony & Andrew’s first dance was a ceilidh dance that included all of our friends and family and also really helped get the party started.

Start early with your wedding planning and try to make it fun, so it doesn’t feel like extra work. We created our table seating plan during a date night with wine and music.
